The RayTools XC3000S system is a CNC software for plane laser cutting in the power range of 30kW and below. Its core supports both EtherCAT bus servo and Pulse+Direction control, offering exceptional motion precision. It fully supports auto edge-finding, breakpoint resume, frame/scanning mode, dry run simulation, part nesting, manual/auto focus lift, and gas control.
Leadshine servo motors are engineered using advanced electromechanical design and high-quality components, delivering outstanding dynamic response, low torque ripple, minimal temperature rise, high power density, and excellent overload capacity. Ensure precise motion control, fast response, and stable operation.
The cutting worktable adopts the design of an upper and lower double exchange worktable. While one sheet is being processed, the next can be prepared, significantly reducing downtime and improving cutting efficiency. The high-speed automatic exchange mechanism is driven by a servo motor and guided by precision linear rails, ensuring smooth, stable, and synchronized table movement.
